Wes Thompson has worked in the Web Marketing and Internet Technology industries for the last five years, co-founding 38Pages in 2007 with partner Drew Binkley. Mr. Thompson’s professional skills and interests include Internet Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Online Strategy, Team Management, and Technological Solutions. He is passionate about processes and systems specific to Web Technology that can make business, and life in general, more productive.

Drew Binkley brings more than eight years of professional art and design experience to 38pages, which he co-founded with partner Wes Thompson. A graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Visual Communications, he possesses a vast array of creative and artistic skills, including website design, branding, photography, and the creation of full solution advertisements.

Ryan Schumacher has worked as a Software Engineer since 2005 and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Auburn’s College of Engineering. He brings more than five years of programming and database administration experience to the 38pages team. Mr. Schumacher has programming experience in the following technologies: C, C++, Perl (OOP), PHP (OOP), Python (OOP), UML, Javascript (OOP), and AJAXX, Shell (KSH, Bach), SQL, HTML, XML, and BASIC (TI, Quick).

Ania Nowak holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Lodz, Poland. Since joining the 38Pages team in 2007, she has consistently offered her "outside the box" thinking, including her understanding of PHP (OOP), MySQL and valid XHTML and CSS. She also has broad knowledge of user-centered design processes and usability methodologies.
