Ranking is Key

By Adam Brook / May 1, 2009

To say you have a company website, but you don't advertise it is like driving at night in the rain with no lights on! It's wreckless, and in the latter case illegal. At any rate, you, as a business owner, need to advertise your company's website. Keywords are essential, but to choose certain keywords is only half the battle. Let's say you have an ad on line, and you have chosen your keywords to drive traffic to that ad. Your next step should be to create a maintenance schedule for your keyword ranking. Make sure you are being competitive with the other bids on these keywords. By doing this you will in turn keep your ad at least on the first page of the search, if not the top five listings. Your on line ad should be short and sweet and to the point. Perhaps your company name, and a brief description of your services. The main objective is to get traffic to your website, and convert those shoppers into buyers!
