The days of web development companies holding the keys to the content are over... No longer do you have to submit and email to your ISP, Webmaster or Designer to get things done. If you don't have the ability to login to the "back-end" of your current website to add a page, upload an image or create an event, then you are not taking full advantage of todays web technology and most likely your are paying way too much for far too little.
